IT'S OUR BIRTHDAY!

Onfit Training College is turining three tomorrow and as part of our celebrations we're going to give away a Free Group Fitness Course to the person with the best Birthday comment on our wall!

The Diabetes Sorebums Charity Ride

Today is the final day for SoreBums with over $20,000 raised and nearly 2000km covered.  The Onfit team had a lot of fun doing their bit for Diabetes and will continue to offer a free Guide to Fitness book for every person who donates to one of our profile at www.sorebums.com.au.

Onfit's SoreBums Charity Ride

Don't forget Onfit is 'competing' in the SoreBums charity ride in support of Diabetes.  We're riding 30 minute legs from 12.30 to 3.30pm today, which is streaming live at www.sorebums.com.au.  Please donate and don't forget to have a laugh at our expense!

First Aid & CPR Course

Do you still need to get your First Aid & CPR qualification?  Or maybe it's time for a refresher

We have a really fun First Aid & CPR course which will be held at the Onfit Milton Campus on Saturday the 3rd of December. 

The cost is $80 for all Current Full Time and PPP Students; discount for School students at $65.
